- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and qualified approach.
- Handle queries related to tickets, shows, seating, F&B;, and cinema services.
- Ensure smooth guest entry, seating, and overall experience.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Follow company SOPs, safety, and guest service standards.
