About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and execution-driven Growth & Strategy Intern to support the Franchise Operations team at Unacademy.

This role involves working closely with franchise business operations, growth initiatives, partner coordination, reporting, and strategic execution across centres. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling operational data, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and driving process efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support franchise growth and operational strategy initiatives

Maintain and manage business and operational data with high accuracy

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers

Coordinate with franchise partners and internal stakeholders for updates, closures, and reporting requirements





Track centre performance, revenue metrics, and operational KPIs

Ensure data hygiene, validation, and timely updates across systems

Assist in preparing presentations, business summaries, and strategic reports

Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, documentation, and operational deliverables

Identify gaps in processes and suggest operational improvements for better efficiency

Support execution of growth initiatives across franchise centres

Skills & Requirements

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Detail-oriented with good organizational and coordination capabilities

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting

Strong ownership mindset and execution ability

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Business, Operations, Management, Commerce, or related fields

Prior internship/project experience in operations, business strategy, reporting, stakeholder management, or coordination is preferred

Hindi speaking is mandatory
