ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphics Designer cum Video Editor who can transform ideas, campaigns, and concepts into compelling visual content.
You will work closely with our Management, Marketing, Academic, and Business teams to create engaging graphics, videos, social-media content, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design creative graphics for social media, advertisements, posters, brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, educational videos, and marketing content.
- Edit videos using professional editing, transitions, effects, subtitles, audio synchronisation, and basic motion graphics.
- Create thumbnails, banners, campaign creatives, admission creatives, event designs, and recruitment advertisements.
- Maintain consistency with BCIPL's brand identity, colours, typography, and visual guidelines.
- Perform photo retouching, image manipulation, background removal, compositing, colour correction, and visual enhancement.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and aspect ratios for different digital platforms.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Organise design files, source files, project assets, templates, and multimedia resources.
- Collaborate with the team to convert creative briefs into high-impact visual communication.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar motion-graphics tools.
- Good understanding of graphic design, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and websites.
- Strong video-editing and visual storytelling skills.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and develop concepts independently.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
AI CREATIVE SKILLS — ADVANTAGE Experience with modern AI creative tools such as:
Google Flow / Veo Kling Seedance Midjourney Adobe Firefly ChatGPT AI Image & Video Tools The ability to combine traditional design/video-editing skills with AI-assisted creative production will be a strong advantage.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's/Diploma in
Graphic Design Multimedia Animation Visual Communication Film & Video Editing Fine Arts Mass Communication
Candidates with a strong portfolio and practical skills may also be considered.
EXPERIENCE
Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
Portfolio quality matters more than qualifications alone.
