About the Role

PSR Compliance is looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer & Video Editor Intern who is comfortable working with graphic designing and video editing tools/apps and can create engaging content for our digital marketing and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures and other marketing creatives.
- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos and corporate content.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Work on video transitions, text animations, effects, subtitles and basic motion graphics.
- Convert marketing ideas into attractive visual and video content.
- Maintain consistency with PSR Compliance's branding and visual style.
- Stay updated with current social media design and video trends.

Required Skills The candidate should be practically familiar with and comfortable using graphic designing and video editing tools. Graphic Designing: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.

Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, VN, Filmora or similar video editing applications.

Practical knowledge is important.



Candidates should be able to independently create basic graphics and edit short videos/reels rather than having only theoretical knowledge.

Eligibility & Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related field preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates who have completed a Graphic Designing / Video Editing course or certification will be preferred.
- Previous internship experience in Graphic Designing, Video Editing or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a portfolio or sample work will be preferred.

Plus Points
- Previous internship/work experience in graphic designing or video editing.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels/short-form content.
- Knowledge of social media creatives and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva Pro, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or After Effects.
- Robust creative sense and willingness to learn.
