Jolger is a rapid-growing Indian activewear brand built around one belief: movement should feel natural and effortless . We create premium, functional and thoughtfully designed activewear for people who live an active lifestyle.

The Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer who can translate Jolger’s brand, products and ideas into compelling visual communication across digital and offline platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing and brand teams to create content that is premium, modern, minimal and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

- Create graphics for Instagram, Meta ads, website, email and other digital channels.
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, campaigns and seasonal communication.
- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners and promotional creatives.
- Create engaging performance marketing creatives focused on CTR and conversions.
- Work on product launches, lookbooks, catalogues and brand presentations.
- Maintain strong visual consistency across all Jolger communication.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers,



influencers and marketing teams.
- Retouch and enhance product and lifestyle imagery when required.
- Stay updated with trends in fashion, activewear, social media and digital design.

What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, D2C, lifestyle or consumer brands.
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects/Premiere Pro, Figma is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour, layouts and visual storytelling.
- Strong sense of contemporary fashion and design aesthetics.
- Ability to create both brand-building and performance-driven creatives.
- Fast, curious and comfortable working in a growing, high-energy environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking and execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
