Role Summary:

We are seeking a mid-weight Graphic Designer to support SRLC's brand and campaign work across digital and print platforms. The role will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets while maintaining consistency with SRLC's brand identity. The role requires strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to design engaging marketing materials, social media content, publications, and campaign creatives.

This is a full-time design role, supporting a consistent and ongoing portfolio of campaigns and requests across SRLC's initiatives, and demands a designer whose skills are matched by a genuine alignment with SRLC's mission of compassion and service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Design

- Design static posts, carousel posts and story graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
- Create reel cover images and YouTube thumbnails.
- Design creatives for paid social media and Google Ads campaigns.
- Maintain and update Canva templates for social media content.
- Adapt designs for different platforms and dimensions.

2. Marketing & Campaign Assets

- Design flyers, brochures, posters,



standees, banners and other marketing materials.
- Create campaign creatives for events, fundraising and awareness campaigns.
- Design email newsletter headers and supporting visuals.

3. Brand & Asset Management

- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Manage and organize design templates, logos, icons and other brand resources.
- Create editable templates for internal teams and regional chapters.
- Ensure all designs adhere to SRLC brand guidelines.

4. Collaboration & Workflow

- Work closely with the Marketing team based on creative briefs.
- Support the Video Editor with thumbnails, cover images and other visual assets.
- Incorporate feedback and complete revisions within agreed timelines.
- Communicate project progress and highlight any challenges or blockers.
- Support in any other task and creative requirement as assigned by the reporting head/manager.

Qualifications & Key Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Communication Design or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop),



with working knowledge of Google Workspace and a project management tool such as Monday.com or ClickUp.
- Basic knowledge of 2D and 3D digital illustration, prior experience in a creative or digital agency, and familiarity with accessible design practices ( such as colour contrast, readability) are requirements
- Experience designing for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X, along with knowledge of Google Ads creative formats and digital campaign assets.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across formats.
- Strong typography, layout and visual design skills.
- Fluency in English required; working knowledge of Gujarati is an advantage .
- Video editing skills are an advantage
