We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong visual skills and the ability to create engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, brands, advertisements, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and visually appealing social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, and ad creatives.
- Design creatives according to the brand guidelines, fonts, colours, and visual identity of each client.
- Develop fresh and creative concepts instead of relying heavily on templates or stock designs.
- Understand the client's brief and convert ideas into effective visual communication.
- Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media campaigns, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the Social Media, Content, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, etc.
- Create thumbnails, banners, promotional graphics, presentations, and other digital marketing assets.
- Maintain consistency across all creatives for a particular brand.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
- Make revisions based on client/management feedback.
- Maintain an organised design/task sheet and keep track of project deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, typography, layouts, and creative styles.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Figma and Canva is an advantage.




- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of social media creative dimensions and digital advertising formats.
- Ability to create original concepts and creative designs.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience creating Reels/short-form video creatives.
- Knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or advertising agency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
