What you will be responsible for





- Create Marketing &
- Brand Creatives

Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing collateralCreate visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and brand communicationTranslate briefs and ideas into compelling visual designsEnsure all creatives align with brand guidelines and communication objectives
- Design for Digital &
- Print Platforms

Create assets for social media, websites, advertisements, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiativesDesign print-ready creatives for brochures, standees, posters, and promotional materialsAdapt and resize creatives across multiple formats, dimensions, and platformsEnsure designs meet both digital and print production requirements
- Support Campaign Execution

Collaborate with marketing, social media, and creative teamsSupport ongoing campaigns with timely creative deliverablesParticipate in brainstorming and creative ideation discussionsAssist in developing visual concepts for marketing initiatives
- Leverage AI-Powered Creative Tools

Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, editing, and creative enhancementExplore modern creative workflows that improve productivity and qualityStay updated on emerging design technologies and trendsApply AI responsibly while maintaining brand and creative standards
- Maintain Creative Quality &

Ensure strong typography, layout, color usage, and visual hierarchyReview designs for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignmentOrganize and manage design files and creative assetsMaintain high standards across all creative deliverables What success looks like after 6–12 months

Internship, freelance, academic, or personal project experience in graphic designStrong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorFamiliarity with Canva or similar design toolsExposure to AI-powered design and creative automation toolsUnderstanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual compositionBasic understanding of digital and print design requirementsPortfolio showcasing design work is mandatory

Professional experience is not mandatory. Strong design fundamentals, creativity, and execution quality matter more.
