- Support day-to-day SAP-related activities and user queries.
- Understand business processes and their integration with SAP systems.
- Assist in identifying and resolving basic SAP application issues.
- Coordinate with functional teams and users for issue resolution.
- Support SAP master data maintenance and related activities.
- Assist with testing of SAP changes, enhancements, and new functionalities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to SAP processes and support activities.
- Participate in SAP-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Understand and follow standard IT and SAP support processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of user issues.
