- Annual CTC: 5,00,000 LPA (Fixed & Non-Negotiable)
- Date of Joining: 24th August 2026 (The joining date is fixed and cannot be changed.)
- Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

About the Role
As an AI Data Annotation Specialist (Ads Expert Rater),
you will play a key role in improving AI-generated advertising content by evaluating its quality, relevance, and compliance with established guidelines. You will provide constructive feedback, participate in consensus discussions, and help train AI systems to generate culturally relevant and high-quality advertisements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret annotation guidelines to improve AI performance.
- Evaluate advertising-related queries based on established quality standards.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback while participating in consensus discussions.
- Understand statistical and quality metrics to improve performance.
- Stay updated on current US cultural trends and advertising practices.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent content evaluation.
- Accurately evaluate content, including sensitive material, while maintaining quality standards.
- Apply analytical thinking and sound judgment to assess user intent and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent research and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong understanding of written English (Minimum B2 Level).
- Exposure to AI technologies, advertising policies, and ethical AI practices.
- Awareness of US culture and current trends.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content rating, annotation, or evaluation (preferred).
- Educational background or work experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Research, or related fields.
- Knowledge of data annotation and evaluation methodologies is an advantage..
