Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment rental, and vendor coordination.

- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees attending events or training programs.

- Ensure timely execution of HR operations tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing.

- Provide administrative support to the HR team by maintaining accurate records and reports.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role or related field.

- Strong understanding of event management principles and practices.

- Proficiency in travel management software and systems (e.g. Expedia).

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Provide support for processing travel and small expenses for employees of selected companies according to internal guidelines.



Ensure correct and timely transactions of travel and small expenses of employees of DT Ensuring compliance of transactions Monitor, control and correct travel and small expenses according to country and entity specific policies Provide support to employees of specific DT customers for which is responsible Ensure transfer of knowledge to current employees in the area of responsibility Support transfer of new activities and optimalization activities Learn various tools across DT organization to support GTM processing Clarifying customer inquiries in the assigned subject area with system support; communicating with internal customers Preparing and maintaining standard correspondence, contracts, and other standard documents as per system requirements.
