- Lead the transition of current clients from onboarding to production, ensuring seamless handover from sales to delivery teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks during transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Analyze project requirements and develop detailed plans for successful transitions, including timelines, resource allocation, and communication strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving automation implementation or medical coding initiatives.
- Strong understanding of presales processes and ability to work closely with sales teams during transitions.
