Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

- Recruit & onboard recent agents / brokers
- Activate and manage agency channel
- Build strong relationships to drive health insurance business
- Achieve GWP (Gross Written Premium) targets

Agent Recruitment & Empanelment

- Identify high-potential agents & brokers
- Onboard agencies in target locations
- Share updates, guidelines & generate leads
- Focus on health insurance channel expansion

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 6 Months 4 Years in Sales (Insurance Preferred)

Knowledge: General Insurance (GI) products preferred
