Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This role provides structured training and hands-on exposure to marketing, sales, business development, client servicing, team management, HR, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Support business operations, resource management, and day-to-day management activities.
- Participate in training and development programs for team members.
- Gain practical exposure to HRM, HRD, leadership, and team development.
- Develop leadership, communication, negotiation, and business management skills.




- Progress towards managing a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) based on performance and leadership capabilities.
