Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN + Team Lead)

Job Summary

CodeQuery is looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) who can take ownership of web development projects while leading a small team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in the MERN stack, along with experience in client communication, project coordination, and team management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS/Bootstrap

- Database design and optimization
- Basic knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel, etc.)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Roles & Responsibilities

Development

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
- Optimize application performance and ensure code quality.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the development team.
- Assign tasks and monitor daily progress.
- Review team members' code and ensure coding standards.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide technical guidance.




- Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality output.

Client Handling
- Communicate directly with clients to understand project requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering and project discussions.
- Provide regular project updates and resolve client queries.
- Convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Project Management
- Plan project timelines and monitor deliverables.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, and developers.
- Identify project risks and suggest effective solutions.
- Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MERN Stack Development.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a small development team.
- Experience in handling domestic/international clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good verbal and written English communication.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with TypeScript is an added advantage.
