The Opportunity: Core Backend Reliability

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend and Mobile Apps Developer to lead the development of intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces for our enterprise platform. This role requires an expert in modern Angular to define client-side architecture, ensure outstanding UX, and drive the implementation of cross-platform mobile solutions (e.g., PWA or hybrid apps) for a seamless experience across all devices.

Purpose of the Role To lead the client-side architectural design and hands-on development of all user interfaces, ensuring outstanding performance, responsiveness, and user experience across our core Angular web application and cross-platform mobile extensions.

Core Technology Stack

Frontend Architecture-Angular 18+, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx/NgXs

Core Web-HTML5, CSS Pre-processors (SCSS/LESS), Responsive Design

Mobile Strategy-Cross-Platform Mobile Applications (PWA, Flutter, Kotlin)

Integration-Consuming RESTful APIs, Asynchronous Data Management

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (Frontend and Mobile Focus)

- Web Frontend Development:



Execute the primary development and maintenance of the core enterprise Single-Page Application (SPA) using Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.
- Client-Side Architecture: Define and implement robust state management (NgRx/NgXs) and module architecture for large-scale application scalability.
- Mobile App Development: Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (e.g., Flutter, Kotlin or PWA) to extend the platform's reach.
- Performance Optimization: Champion client-side performance, ensuring rapid load times and smooth interactions across devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Quality & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews focusing on Angular best practices and mentor mid-level developers on component design and state management.

Required Expertise (5+ Years)

- Frontend Expert: Expert proficiency in modern Angular (v18+) including TypeScript, RxJS, and robust state management frameworks (e.g., NgRx, NgXs).
- Core Web Mastery: Mastery of HTML5, CSS pre-processors, and responsive design principles.
- SPA Experience: Proven experience in implementing performant and scalable Single-Page Applications (SPAs).
- Mobile & Integration: Experience developing or contributing to cross-platform mobile applications (PWA/Flutter/Kotlin) and consuming RESTful APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with modern frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Karma, Cypress).
- Experience designing and maintaining a component library or design system.
- Prior experience in the HVAC / Enterprise Platform domain.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
