Front Office Executive

Ninhao Chinese Restaurant, Coimbatore is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Front Office Executive.

Responsibilities

- Handle front office operations and customer enquiries.
- Attend customer calls and assist with customer communication.
- Handle billing and basic accounting-related work.
- Maintain daily records and reports.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff and management.
- Handle MS Word and basic computer work.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.
- Support management in daily restaurant operations when required.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Word.
- Basic knowledge of accounts and billing.




- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

Working Hours 10:30 AM to 3.30 PM

Break: 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM

6.30 PM to 11 PM

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
