Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive at Dr. Arora's Clinic in Sector - 68, Mohali, Punjab. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for receptionist duties, managing the front office, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills on a daily basis.

Qualifications

- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office management




- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Diploma or certification in Office Administration or related field
