HR Intern – Regional HR | Third Wave Coffee:

Support recruitment through sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
Manage onboarding formalities, documentation and induction coordination.
Create employee codes and ensure timely HRMS updates for current joiners.
Maintain accurate employee master data and HR records.
Track joiners, exits, transfers and manpower movements.
Prepare HR MIS, recruitment and manpower reports.
Coordinate with Store Managers and Regional teams on HR requirements.
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
