Role Description This is a full time, on-site Freelance Performance Marketer role based in Lucknow.

The Performance

Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and marketplaces to drive brand awareness and sales for Frezool’s home care product portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ad budgets, monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting strategies to improve ROI.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams or external partners to align campaigns with overall marketing goals, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements.

The individual is expected to stay current with industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain competitive and compliant.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in performance marketing and paid advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
- Candidates should possess skills in analytics and reporting, such as interpreting data, tracking key metrics, and using tools like Google Analytics or ad platform dashboards.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing strategy and audience targeting, including segmentation, funnel planning, and remarketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in creative collaboration, working with design and content resources to develop effective ad creatives and messaging.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and basic project coordination skills.
- Relevant experience in FMCG or consumer goods marketing, especially in the Indian market, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- The ability to work in office in Lucknow, adapt to a fast-paced setting, and meet performance targets is essential.
