- We are looking for a Freelance / Contract IT Recruiter to work remotely with our growing recruitment consultancy.
- The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening IT professionals for client requirements, understanding JDs, identifying relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels, conducting initial candidate calls, checking skills, experience, CTC and notice period, avoiding duplicate submissions, coordinating interviews and following up until selection and joining.
- Experience in IT recruitment, vendor/sub-vendor hiring and immediate/15-30 day joiner requirements will be preferred.
