About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and dynamic GTM engineer to join us in person. This multi-faceted role is crucial to the daily operations of Floqer and requires someone ready to manage various aspects of business operations – primarily customer operations, and marketing support. Responsibilities may shift based on evolving business needs and the unique skills you bring to the table. This flexibility is essential to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced environment like Floqer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing and improving customer operations to ensure seamless experiences
- Creating proof-of-concept workflows
- Supporting marketing efforts that drive our growth and reach
- Day-to-day business operations

Bonus qualifications:

- GTM experience (Sales, RevOps, Growth, Marketing) or a technical role (Product, Engineering)
- Experience with no-code platforms
- Product design experience, Figma
- Experience running a business/startup

Salary range: 10 LPA to 40LPA, salary varies based on experience.
