The Food Application Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for Nestl Professional by acting as a technical and culinary expert. This position involves demonstrating and developing food applications using Nestl Professional ingredients and solutions within customer manufacturing facilities. This role will primarily focus on ice cream applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by effectively showcasing Nestl Professionals products and solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical and culinary expert, providing in-depth knowledge of food applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customers' R&D;, production, quality assurance, and procurement teams.
- Product Trials: Conduct product trials to optimize formulations tailored to customer needs.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in technical troubleshooting to resolve issues related to product applications.
- Customer Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for customers, ensuring they are well-versed in utilizing Nestl Professional products.
- Sales Support: Actively contribute to driving sales of Nestl Skilled products through technical guidance and support.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in food applications, R&D;, or a related area is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
