Role Description The Food and Staff team member is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves assisting with daily food preparation, cooking, and ensuring proper presentation of vegetarian dishes. The team member will support food service operations, including serving guests, maintaining cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas, and following hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with colleagues,



responding to guest requests, and helping set up and manage events in the party hall. The role requires reliable attendance, teamwork, and a consistent focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking for vegetarian cuisine.
- Experience or interest in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Prior experience in restaurants, catering, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks.
- Basic education and understanding of local languages and English preferred.
