Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily vehicle allocation and fleet operations.

- Coordinate with drivers for trip schedules and vehicle availability.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer implementation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Monitor vehicle movement using GPS tracking systems.

- Track vehicle attendance, trip details, mileage, and fuel consumption.

- Follow up on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.

- Maintain records of vehicle documents, insurance, permits, and other compliance requirements.

- Handle vehicle breakdowns and coordinate with service centres for quick resolution.

- Monitor driver performance, attendance, and discipline.

- Coordinate with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams.

- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly fleet reports.





- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.

- Ensure vehicles are available and in good working condition.

- Support cost control by monitoring fuel, maintenance, and other fleet expenses.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of vehicle operations and fleet management.

- Basic knowledge of GPS/vehicle tracking systems.

- Good Excel and reporting skills.

- Strong problem-solving ability.

- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and drivers.

- Willingness to handle urgent operational requirements.

- Previous experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or vehicle operations will be an advantage.
