Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage payroll processing, including ESIC, PF, and TDS compliance.

- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees.

- Maintain financial records and prepare monthly/quarterly/year-end reports.

- Coordinate with HR team for employee data updates.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in accounting or finance role.

- Proficiency in Payroll Processing (ESIC, PF) and TDS.

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent Excel skills for data analysis.
