Finance & Accounts Manager- Banking

Location: Chakan, Pune

Experience: 5- 10 Years

Qualification: M.Com / MBA / BE + MBA (Finance) | CA Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager- Banking to manage banking operations, cash flow, fund management, and financial coordination for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day cash flow and fund requirements of the company.
- Handle CMA preparation, financial projections, term loan proposals, loan disbursements, and credit facility management .
- Manage cash flow planning and overall fund management.
- Coordinate with banks for account-related queries, documentation, OD/CC limits, renewals, and other banking activities.
- Monitor banking transactions and reconcile bank statements.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and financial processes.
- Assist internal and external audits by providing relevant data and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions,



agreements, loan documents, and banking records.
- Perform other finance and banking-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Critical Skills & Attributes

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
- Excellent knowledge of banking processes and fund management.
- Hands-on experience in CMA preparation, projections, term loans, OD/CC facilities, and banking documentation .
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office , particularly Excel.
- Robust analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills for dealing with banks and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
