About the Role
Dhalapathy Enterprise is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support the finance and accounts team in day-to-day accounting operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in retail accounting, billing, cash management, GST documentation, and financial record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining daily sales, purchase, and expense records.
- Support invoice preparation, verification, and filing.
- Help reconcile cash, bank transactions, and branch collections.
- Maintain accounting records and documentation accurately.
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, and ESI-related data preparation.
- Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with branch managers and accountants for financial data collection.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Familiarity with MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Eligibility
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related degree pursuing/completed.
- Freshers and students seeking practical accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
