We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while supporting the organization's growth.

Role Summary The Finance & Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing accounting transactions, maintaining financial records, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, vendor payments, and supporting budgeting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals,

excellent attention to detail, and experience working with startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate books of

accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms.

Financial Operations
- Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare payment schedules and coordinate timely vendor payments.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns.




- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filings.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory
- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely statutory submissions.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits.
- Payroll Support
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Verify attendance, reimbursements, incentives, and statutory deductions.
- Support payroll reconciliation and salary accounting entries.
- Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
- Generate expense analysis, budget variance reports, and financial dashboards.
- Assist leadership with financial data for decision-making.
- Audit & Documentation
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and supporting records.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Process Improvement
- Improve accounting workflows and internal financial controls.
- Support implementation of accounting software and automation initiatives.
- Maintain organized digital records and finance documentation.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.




- Experience in startup or healthcare organizations is preferred.
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Indian GAAP.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Companies Act
- compliances.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,
- financial reports).
- Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally Prime,
- QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with payroll processing.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of startup financial operations.
- Exposure to budgeting and financial planning.
- Experience working with auditors, investors, or incubators.
- Understanding of reimbursement and procurement processes.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely monthly financial closure.
- Accuracy of accounting records.
- On-time statutory compliance filings.
- Vendor payment turnaround time.
- Payroll accuracy.
- Audit observations and compliance score.
- Quality and timeliness of MIS reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
