DMAKS Technologies is a technical service and IT infrastructure solutions company based in Kottayam, Kerala. We provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and support for IT systems, computer hardware, networking, CCTV surveillance systems, printers and related infrastructure.

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer / IT Support Technician to join our technical service team.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations, installing and maintaining IT and networking equipment, troubleshooting technical issues and completing service jobs professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer sites for installation, service and troubleshooting.
- Install and configure computers, laptops and IT hardware.
- Install and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networking systems.
- Perform Cat6 structured cabling and network termination.
- Configure network switches, routers and access points.
- Install and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and related equipment.
- Configure IP cameras and basic network connectivity.
- Provide printer installation, servicing and troubleshooting support.
- Diagnose hardware, software and connectivity problems.
- Prepare service reports and update job status after completing site visits.
- Coordinate with customers and the office team regarding service requirements.
- Maintain tools, equipment and service documentation.
- Follow safety and professional standards at customer sites.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and Windows.
- Good understanding of LAN, TCP/IP and basic networking.
- Practical experience with routers,



switches and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Cat5e/Cat6 cabling and RJ45 termination.
- Practical knowledge of CCTV/DVR/NVR/IP camera systems.
- Printer installation and troubleshooting experience.
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer communication skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer locations.
- Willingness to travel for field-service assignments.

Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / equivalent technical qualification.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.

Experience 2–5 years preferred.

Candidates with experience in IT support, networking, CCTV, printer service or field technical support will be given preference.

Additional Requirements

- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Kerala based on service requirements.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
