About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured Intern who understands the basics of Product and Project Management. This role involves working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to create, organize, and maintain transparent documentation that supports execution and knowledge sharing across the organization.

This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure to real-world product development and project workflows

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain product requirement documents PRDs, feature briefs, and release notes
Document project plans, timelines, and meeting notes
Organize and structure knowledge repositories Notion/Confluence/Drive, etc.)
Work with product, tech, and business teams to gather information and convert discussions into structured documentation
Track action items and follow-ups from meetings
Assist in improving documentation processes and templates
Ensure version control and clarity across all documentation

Requirements




Basic understanding of Product Management concepts PRDs, user stories, roadmaps, MVP, etc.)
Basic understanding of Project Management principles (timelines, milestones, task tracking, stakeholder communication)
Strong written communication skills
High attention to detail and structured thinking
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Confluence, Jira, Google Docs, or similar
Ability to synthesize information and present it clearly
Proactive and self-driven attitude
