Job Purpose
To learn and perform sewing operations efficiently while maintaining required quality, production, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and operate industrial sewing machines under supervision.
Perform sewing operations as per production requirements and work instructions.
Follow approved garment construction and stitching methods.
Maintain required quality standards and minimize sewing defects.
Achieve daily production targets as instructed by the supervisor.
Maintain proper machine handling, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
Identify basic sewing defects and report them to the supervisor.
Follow company policies, attendance requirements, and production procedures.
Support the sewing team in achieving production and quality targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 8th / 10th standard qualification preferred.
Basic interest in garment sewing and production work.
Willingness to learn sewing machine operations.
Valuable hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Freshers can apply; prior garment sewing experience is an added advantage.
