Position Purpose
The Position is overall responsible to perform day to day task related to project executive with timelines with ensure protected erection and commissioning of all circuits while meeting all statutory and organizational requirements within budgeted costs and time. Helping Sr. Manager / Manager (Project - Mechanical) to prepare budgets of respective areas, Perform equal to business and organizational requirements.
Strategic Responsibilities
Prepare Structure, Piping, Insulation Etc. as per BOQ
Prepare scheduling of the phase-wise project (erection and commissioning) status including completion status
Operational Responsibilities
To get the structure fabrication done as per drawing and site conditions.
To Erect the equipment’s as per equipment layout drawing
To execute the piping work as per P&ID; and site conditions
To verify the estimate for Projects/Change request recommended by Mgmt & execution within stipulated timeline.
For all the major projects participating in the HAZOP for smooth compliance of all safety requirements
To ensure initiation of appropriate Purchase requisition as per the BOM in appropriate WBS.
Tracking of material through MPS and coordinating with purchase team.
Getting inspected the entire procured item at site before use. Ensure no waste of material by contractor during execution.
Monitoring of Execution of all the planned activity with positive manufacturing practices and within scheduled time through Site activity schedule.
Reconciliation of balance material.
Verification of contractor measurement timely & bill booking.
PSSR of all equipment’s installed as per the PSSR guideline.
HAZOP verification of project assigned activity as per the HAZOP study.
