Sales Officer – JBC Craft Location: Patna, Bihar (Headquarters) Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years Industry: Stationery / FMCG / Distribution About the Role JBC Craft is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Officer to join our Patna headquarters. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the stationery industry, market development, dealer/distributor handling, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with stationery dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional customers. Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular market visits and identify current customers and sales opportunities. Manage existing dealer/distributor accounts and ensure strong customer relationships. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product demand, and market trends. Promote and explain JBC Craft’s stationery products to dealers and retailers. Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, stock availability, dispatches,



and customer requirements. Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policies.

Candidate

Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the stationery industry is mandatory. Experience in sales, distribution, dealer management, or retail sales will be preferred. Strong knowledge of the Patna/Bihar stationery market will be an advantage. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Willingness to travel for market visits when required.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Compensation Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
