Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries professionally through voice, chat, or email, depending on the assigned process.




- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a polite, qualified, and customer-friendly approach.
- Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Participate in training and continuously improve product/process knowledge.

- B.Tech, MBA & MCA freshers are not eligible
- B.Tech/MBA/MCA candidates must have minimum 6 months International Voice experience
