We are an interior manufacturing company producing residential interior furniture such as:

- Storage Units
- Bedroom Furniture
- Other Modular Furniture
We are looking for Factory Helpers to support our production team with loading, unloading, material movement and general factory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, hardware and other materials.
- Load finished modular furniture and components safely for transportation.
- Unload incoming materials and move them to the correct storage or production area.
- Assist carpenters, machine operators and production staff with material movement.
- Shift panels, cabinets, boxes and furniture components within the factory.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent scratches, dents and damage.
- Assist with arranging and organising materials.
- Help with basic packing and preparation of finished products for dispatch.
- Support carpenters and other production workers whenever required.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping on the factory floor.
- Keep work areas and material storage areas organised.
- Follow instructions from the Floor In-Charge / Production Team.
- Follow factory safety and material-handling procedures.
- Perform other general helper duties required for smooth factory operations.
Candidate Profile
- Physically fit and comfortable with loading, unloading and material handling.
- Hardworking, reliable and punctual.
- Willing to work as part of a factory production team.
- Previous experience in a furniture factory, interior manufacturing or warehouse is an advantage.
- No advanced technical qualification is required.
- Basic understanding of material handling is preferred.
- Should be willing to learn basic production/furniture work.

Compensation
₹16,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
Overtime and other perks will be provided as per company policy.
