We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Designer (Mid-level) to join our design team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed façade drawings and supporting the design development of aluminium and façade systems for various projects.

Selected candidates will be based at our India office.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings for aluminium and façade systems.
- Develop drawings for curtain walls, structural glazing, aluminium windows and doors, ACP cladding, louvers, skylights, and other façade systems.
- Review architectural and structural drawings and identify design requirements and discrepancies.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed façade connections.
- Coordinate with engineers, project teams, estimators, procurement, production, and site teams.
- Incorporate client and consultant comments into drawings and revisions.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, practical, and suitable for fabrication and installation.
- Assist in resolving technical and design-related issues during fabrication and site execution.
- Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions, and design documentation.
- Provide technical support to the estimation and project teams when required.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications and applicable standards.





Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in aluminium and façade design.
- Strong experience in preparing shop drawings and fabrication drawings for aluminium and façade systems.
- Good knowledge of curtain walls, structural glazing, aluminium windows & doors, ACP cladding, skylights, and louvers.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant façade design software.
- Good understanding of façade materials, profiles, connections, and installation methods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with international projects or façade contractors is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with high-rise, commercial, residential, and luxury residential projects.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, production teams, and site teams.
- Knowledge of international façade design standards and practices.

Salary: ₹8 Lakhs – ₹12+ Lakhs per year, based on experience and qualifications Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
