JOB OBJECTIVE To provide clinical and technical support for robotic-assisted surgical procedures by performing pre-operative planning, ensuring seamless robotic system operations, and supporting surgeons and operating room teams. The role is responsible for maintaining robotic systems, conducting user training, and ensuring successful execution of robotic-assisted surgeries.

- Perform pre-operative surgical planning using CT scan data and robotic planning software.

- Create, review, and optimize patient-specific surgical plans prior to robotic-assisted procedures.

- Provide intraoperative clinical and technical support during robotic-assisted knee replacement surgeries.

- Assist surgeons, nursing staff, and operating room personnel in robotic surgical workflows.

- Set up, calibrate, test,



and troubleshoot robotic systems before and during surgical procedures.

- Organize, prepare, and ensure readiness of robotic systems, instruments, and accessories for scheduled surgeries.

- Train surgeons, nursing staff, scrub staff, and support teams on robotic system operations, workflows, and safety protocols.

- Ensure proper maintenance, safety checks, storage, and handling of robotic equipment and surgical instruments.

- Manage inventory levels of consumables, instruments, and accessories required for robotic-assisted surgeries.

- Coordinate with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of surgical procedures.
