We are looking for an Executive Operations (Network Control Centre) to support real-time network vehicle operations, exception management, service quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network vehicles 24x7 using GPS platforms, GNMS, portals, or calls in case of GPS failure.
- Track and escalate exceptions such as unscheduled stops, breakdowns, accidents, theft attempts, and security concerns.
- Monitor high-value/high-risk shipments and vehicles in sensitive zones.
- Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Security, regional teams, vendors, and zonal teams for vehicle recovery and operational readiness.
- Ensure timely integration of GPS and e-locks into the central tracking platform.
- Monitor network timelines and support push-pull efforts for delayed vehicles.
- Prepare MIS reports on performance, incidents, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
