Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, coordination, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions and levels.
- Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Discuss and negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment-related aspects.
- Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
- Track candidate joining status and support smooth onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition processes.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the HR team.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Biotechnology, BPO, or Corporate Recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong target-oriented approach with good recruitment closure skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
