Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.

- Study tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and scope of work.

- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material quantity calculations.

- Calculate quantities for fire fighting systems, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire extinguishers, piping, valves, pumps, and related equipment.

- Obtain and compare material rates and supplier quotations.

- Prepare accurate material, labour, installation, transportation, and other project cost calculations.

- Prepare commercial quotations and techno-commercial offers.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Project teams to understand project requirements and scope.

- Coordinate with Purchase/Vendors for updated material prices and availability.

- Identify exclusions, assumptions,



and additional requirements while preparing estimates.

- Analyse project costs and ensure that quotations are prepared with appropriate profit margins.

- Prepare estimation sheets and maintain proper records of submitted quotations.

- Assist in preparing tender submissions and supporting documents.

- Review revised drawings/specifications and update estimates accordingly.

- Participate in client/vendor discussions whenever required to clarify technical and commercial requirements.

- Maintain a database of material rates, vendors, and previous project costs for future estimation.

- Ensure all quotations and estimates are submitted within the required timeline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
