Education:

- B.Tech any branch

Experience:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years in estimation, tendering and sales in the field of construction, scaffolding, or related sectors.
- Strong experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Proficient in preparing tenders and cost estimations.
- Excellent understanding of scaffolding systems and solutions.
- Solid analytical skills in assessing customer requirements.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft 360, Good to have proficiency: AutoCAD, and structural design tools.
- Ability to create accurate cost estimates and detailed project proposals.

General Requirements:

- Language Skills: Good spoken and written English and Hindi communication skills are required.
- MS Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Time Management: Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage priorities both within and outside the office environment.
- Email & Professional Communication: Good email etiquette and professional written communication skills.
- Industry Exposure: Knowledge or experience in seaports, airports, ship repair, aircraft maintenance,



petrochemical production facilities, oil & gas production and distribution, and event industries will be considered an advantage during candidate shortlisting.
- Scaffolding Industry Experience: Candidates with relevant scaffolding industry experience will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare detailed tenders, cost estimates, and project plans.
- Support sales efforts by presenting technical solutions and proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project costings and timely delivery.
- Travel within India to meet clients, inspect sites, and support business development efforts.

- Ability to travel as required across India.
- Able to understand and identify various method to resolve customers problems
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
