Role Overview: We are looking for an OHS Lead to manage workplace safety, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, audits, and safety programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage OHS/HSE policies, procedures, and compliance.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Conduct safety training, awareness programs, and drills.
Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
Ensure PPE and workplace safety standards.
Coordinate with auditors, external agencies, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in OHS/HSE.
Solid experience in safety audits, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
NEBOSH Industrial Safety certification preferred.
