Role Description The Manager – Organic Content and Growth is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning and executing organic content strategies across digital platforms to reach and engage educators, schools, and education-focused organizations. Day-to-day tasks include researching education trends, developing and publishing content (such as articles, blogs, social media posts, and resources), optimizing content for search and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics.



The Manager collaborates with academic and program teams to ensure content aligns with K–12 teaching goals and supports educator career development. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, experimenting with recent formats and channels, and refining content approaches based on data and feedback.

Qualifications
Strong content creation skills, including educational content writing, storytelling, and the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
Experience with content strategy and planning, including editorial calendar management and aligning content with organizational goals.
Familiarity with organic growth methods such as SEO basics, social media optimization, and audience engagement techniques.
Ability to conduct structured research on K–12 education topics and translate insights into transparent, practical content for educators.
