- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders on IAM B2B projects and enhancements

- Implement Entra ID-based solutions for complex operational problems

- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for B2B IAM processes

- Driving service improvement plans in IAM B2B processes (company onboarding, application onboarding, incident / request management)

- Responsible for troubleshooting and manage issues related to B2B identities, authentication/authorization and access permissions and provisioning.

- Manage and drive critical incident to closure with collaboration with support internal teams

- Lead IAM B2B operations and BAU activities

- Develop and maintain measurable KPI s to showcase IAM B2B governance performance and monitor IAM B2B Access review campaigns

- Analyse internal and external threats and recommend remediation actions based on Entra ID capabilities.

- Prepare and conduct workshops on IAM topics on both functional and technical design. (Eg. Application / company onboarding assessments)

- Driving deployments for complex operational problems, rollout,



upgrades and maintenance plan following the defined IST and Security processes

- Maintain accurate documentations as architecture and design, processes maps, knowledge articles and procedures

- Develop and maintain hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including user lifecycle, conditional access, and identity protection and contribute to IAM team s current joiners ramp-up on this topic
