Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Print Management / Managed Print Services (MPS) Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise print infrastructure, LRS VPSX, HP Web Jetadmin, HP Print Solutions, print servers, queues, workflows, and secure printing environments.

The candidate should also have experience with large-scale Active Directory (AD) modernization or cloud identity transformation, which is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Enterprise Print Management and Managed Print Services (MPS) environments.
- Provide hands-on administration of LRS VPSX for enterprise print output management, queue control, job routing, and monitoring.
- Administer enterprise print servers, print queues, and workflows to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement, configure, and manage HP Web Jetadmin for:

- Printer fleet management

- Device configuration

- Firmware management

- Reporting

- Monitoring and alerting
- Support HP Print Solutions, including enterprise HP printers, universal print drivers, security configurations, and print workflows.
- Design, maintain, and support enterprise print architectures across on-premises, hybrid, and virtualized environments.
- Implement secure printing practices including:

- Badge/PIN release

- Pull printing

- Encryption




- Print security and compliance controls
- Implement and enforce data security and privacy controls for enterprise print environments.
- Monitor printer fleet health, capacity, consumables, and usage trends to optimize cost and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex print-related issues involving:

- Networks

- Printer drivers

- Application integration

- Operating systems

- Print queues and workflows
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams to integrate print services into the broader IT environment.
- Support large-scale AD modernization or cloud identity transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Skills:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience with large-scale Active Directory (AD) modernization
- OR experience with Cloud Identity Transformation
- Strong Enterprise Print Management / Print Infrastructure experience
- LRS VPSX experience is highly preferred
- Experience with HP Web Jetadmin and enterprise HP Print Solutions
