- Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 6-10 full-stack engineers. Provide technical guidance on architecture, design, and development of cloud-native SaaS applications integrating advanced AI/ML features.

- Product Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery and technical execution of our core product areas, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable systems that exceed customer expectations.

- Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, ML/AI, and Business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize work, and deliver solutions aligned with the company roadmap.

- Innovation & Best Practices: Champion engineering best practices, code quality, CI/CD, DevOps, and the use of modern development methodologies (Agile, TDD, code reviews, etc.), including adoption of current AI tools and frameworks.

Operational Excellence: Ensure reliable operations,



monitoring, and maintenance of cloud services (AWS), with an emphasis on security, multitenancy, and high availability.

- Team Development: Recruit talented engineers and foster a culture of learning, creativity, and ownership. Provide mentorship, feedback, and growth opportunities to team members.

- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate project status, technical direction, and risks to leadership and cross-functional partners. Should exhibit a dynamic, energetic approach and consistently demonstrate strong responsiveness.

Pay: ₹666,557.19 - ₹2,303,159.73 per year
