Role - Engineer - Solar O&M; (Self O&M;)

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Location - Bandarwada - Maharashtra (Site)

Major Accountabilities and Duties:

1. To support the productive operation and maintenance of utility-scale solar power plants by monitoring plant performance, executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring safety compliance, and contributing to plant availability and energy generation targets.
2. Monitor solar plant performance through SCADA and other monitoring systems.
3. Track plant generation, performance ratio (PR), and availability parameters.Identify underperforming equipment and report deviations for corrective action.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

1. Coordinate with contractors and vendors during maintenance activities.Ensure timely closure of maintenance work orders.
2. Follow all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) procedures and permit-to-work systems.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company safety standards.Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.
4. Analyze plant performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Support implementation of reliability and optimization initiatives.
6. Assist in root cause analysis of equipment failures and generation losses.
7. Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and inspection reports.
8. Update asset management systems and maintenance logs.
9. Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.
