Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled Field Engineer with hands-on experience in Cisco Routers, WAN, LAN, and IP Networking. The candidate will be responsible for onsite installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and resolution of network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, replacement, and troubleshooting of Cisco routers and network equipment.
- Perform onsite troubleshooting of WAN, LAN, and IP networking issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers and basic network devices.
- Diagnose network connectivity, routing, switching, and IP-related issues.
- Coordinate with L2 / NOC teams for escalated technical issues.
- Perform site surveys and collect required technical/network information.
- Perform LAN connectivity, cable testing, and network troubleshooting.
- Verify IP address, subnet, gateway, and network connectivity at customer sites.
- Maintain site activity reports, fault status, and closure reports.
- Travel to customer/network sites for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Cisco Router experience is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge of WAN,



LAN & IP Networking is mandatory.
- Positive knowledge of Routing & Switching.
- Hands-on experience in Cisco router installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of IP Addressing, Subnetting, Gateway, DHCP, DNS, and basic routing concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues independently.
- Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting commands such as Ping, Traceroute/Tracert, and IP configuration commands.

Other Requirements

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Laptop is mandatory.
- Bike / Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location/region.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

Candidate Profile Experience: Relevant Cisco / Networking experience

Technical: Cisco Router + WAN + LAN + IP Networking

Education: Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
