Our Duty Medical
Officers ensure 24/7 clinical readiness, rapid triage, and continuum-of-care coordination-with a strong focus on patient safety, protocol adherence, and clinical excellence under high-pressure environments.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver immediate, high-quality emergency care for acute medical, trauma, and occupational health cases at assigned on-site locations
- Conduct triage, stabilize, and refer patients according to standard emergency protocols (ATLS, ACLS, PALS where applicable)
- Manage and maintain emergency equipment, medications, and clinical records in compliance with national health regulations
- Collaborate with EMS, hospital emergency departments, and corporate HR for seamless patient handoffs and follow-up
- Train and supervise nursing/paramedic staff during shifts to ensure consistent clinical standards and patient safety
- Document all cases accurately in digital/EMR systems and submit incident reports for QA and compliance audits
Skills Qualifications
- Must-Have
- MBBS with valid NMC registration
- ACLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- At least 2 year of post-qualification experience in ER, ICU, or emergency field settings
- Proficient in managing trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and occupational injuries
- Experience with basic life support, suturing, IV access, and emergency drug administration
- Comfortable working independently in non-hospital, on-site environments under pressure
- Preferred
- ATLS or PALS certification
- Previous corporate/industrial onsite medical experience
- Familiarity with digital EMR systems and teleconsultation protocols
